Yes, he mostly voiced Palpatine in a handful of episodes in season 6. But he also provided a few lines sporadically throughout season 5 (including the aforementioned one), and he voiced him fully at the end of S5 in “The Wrong Jedi”.

We are saddened to learn of the passing of legendary actor Tim Curry at the age of 80. While his film credits are extensive, he is perhaps most notable to hardcore Star Wars fans for voicing Chancellor Palpatine / Darth Sidious in seasons 5 and 6 of ‘The Clone Wars’. He will be sorely missed. 🕯️
